Louisa Ingleson

Job title: Development Manager

Louisa joined FareShare Hull team in 2019. Her role is to develop relationships with local food producers and FareShare National to increase input of surplus food to the depot which will then be redistributed to our CFM Network. Louisa undertakes leadership of FareShare Hull ensuring the consistency of vision, ethos and operational standards between Goodwin Development Trust and FareShare UK.

Rob Emmerson

Job title: Operations Manager

Rob originally joined Fareshare in 2013 as a volunteer, coming in two days a week. The opportunity came along for a warehouse apprentice that he completed and was then taken on as a fulltime member of staff. Since then Rob has worked his way through several roles and is now the Operations Manager of the warehouse. Robs role is to make sure that the operations of the building runs smoothly which includes taking all the goods in and goods out, ensuring that the picking and packing of orders gets is completed for the next day delivery, all whilst working closely with the EHO to ensure that everything is safe.

Jodie Colgrave

Job title: Assistant Operations Manager CFM Support & Development

Jodie joined the FareShare team in 2016 as a Regional Assistant for FareShare Go. She has been in her current role for over 2 years and in that time has developed great relationships with the Community Food Members. Jodie’s main role is to sign organisations up to get food and to ensure that they have the correct training and facilities to do this in a safe way. She keeps the communication between FareShare and the CFMs flowing and offers support and guidance where needed. Jodie also runs all social media platforms for FareShare Hull.
Jodie will be on maternity leave until April 2022.

Alex Yates

Job title: Office Manager

Alex joined the FareShare team in August 2015 as an administrator apprentice and upon completion has worked her way to Office Manager. Alex is the first point of contact for most Community Food Members and has an excellent knowledge of stock, orders and members. Alex’s main roles include logging all incoming stock, process orders for all 180 + CFMs each week, deal with telephone enquiries and organising surplus collections to reduce waste.

Dave Ellis

Job title: Volunteer Manager

Dave joined the FareShare team in 2019 as the Volunteer Manager and Employability Training Lead. Dave has over 15 years in education and training in warehousing, customer service, retail, employability skills and team leadership, which he uses to support and encourage all volunteers and learners at FareShare. As well as supporting the volunteers on a daily basis, Dave is responsible for running the employability training courses that FareShare run, to aid people into work with a warehouse setting. Dave’s role allows him to meet a lot of new people and make connections with other organisations which is very beneficial to FareShare.
